Note to self: Definitely do vegi grill packs all the time. So far we have done peppers and onions, zucchini, potatoes and onions, and now broccoli. They are so easy and so delicious and super easy clean up.
Broccoli Grill Pack Recipe:
- Clean and break apart broccoli
- Put in 2 sheets of aluminum
- Douse with olive oil
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper
- Mix Fold tinfoil in to the middle then in on each side
- Grill for 10 minutes, flipping half way
- YUM!
Things we did:
- I worked out in the muddy mud next to a brown river. It looked like the chocolate river from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I’m a little over being covered in dirt while working out.
- The girls watched cartoons and we packed up the camper
- I broke one of the cabinet attachments. I think 45 days is about when things start breaking on the camper or something?
- We drove through rural Georgia, stopped for gas at a gas station that smelled like fried chicken and home
- We arrived at Magnolia Springs State Park, GA
- We saw horses, cows, and small little downtowns
- Painted
- Did some blogging and work
- Grilled chicken with 90 sec rice and a broccoli grill pack (yes! broccoli grill pack!!)
- Took a walk down to the lake and saw the sunset and the alligator signs!
- Made Elsa sleep on the tiny dining bench til the girls fell asleep and we put her in the bed with Anna (I swear they just don’t know how to go to sleep together and they are SO loud)
Photo update: If an image looks as if it is cut off—because the gallery function this blog uses sometimes doesn’t orient the photos right—you right-click on a photo and select “Open in New Tab” and the photo will be the original orientation without whoever’s head got chopped off.
